Study on Sound Absorption Performance of Aluminum Foam Combination

چکیده

Abstract Aluminum foam is a kind of new material with large number holes distributed in aluminum alloy. It has the characteristics lightweight, sound absorption, energy absorption and vibration reduction, other porous materials. good acoustic performance. However, its excellent ability only reflected middle high-frequency bands. Besides, low-frequency very poor frequency band narrow. Therefore, this paper, different types perforated foams parameters are combined to explore influence on performance find that combination porosity sample better effect. The unperforated placed front improve coefficient low medium frequencies. Finally, samples were properly combined, it was found through test almost all waves 1200 HZ~2000 Hz could be absorbed by structure.
